Just window shopping
I spent a lot of time looking for a fundamental truth, an all-encompassing reality that would sum up the “essence of life”. The conviction that this mantra exists comes and goes- it comes when the prospect of me failing an exam looms dead-ahead and goes when I have the leisure of watching my TV shows, blissfully ignorant of all worlds that aren’t within my 13 inch LCD screen.

Had I known then
Had I known then what I know now, things would’ve been easier. Apparently that’s the beauty of life, not knowing what’s going to happen next. I’m not so sure I agree. All I wanted to know was if I was doing the right thing. I wanted to know that things would work out. Having 12 people saying “It’ll be alright”, didn’t really accomplish that.

happens to me all the time
ever hear a song by a band you’ve never heard of, and you really like it so you rush to download all their music and then you find out you hate every song except for the first one you heard
